Burke and Wills 150th Anniversary Gala Film Night

We are pleased to announce Ready Set Go’s support and involvement with the Royal Society of Victoria and their commemoration of the 150^th anniversary of the departure of the Burke and Wills expedition from Melbourne. The expedition was one of the most important yet ultimately ill fated scientific endeavours in Australia’s history.

On Friday August 20 a Gala Film Screening of the 1985 film Burke and Wills starring Jack Thompson, Nigel Havers and Greta Scacchi will be hosted at the National Gallery of Victoria.

Ready Set Go Seek Community Groups for the 2010 Myer Christmas Parade

Australia’s largest and most spectacular Christmas celebration, the Myer Christmas Parade, will once again wind its way down Bourke St from Spring St to Elizabeth St, to mark the arrival of the festive season on Saturday 13th November 2010.

In previous years we have had a broad range of groups from throughout Melbourne participate in the parade. These include but are certainly not limited to Dance Groups, Cheerleading Groups, Cultural Dance and Musical Groups, Sporting Organisations, Service Groups such as SES and CFA, Charity Organisations and Marching Bands.

What better way to showcase your group or organization than to join in and celebrate the coming festive season in this joyous annual gala event?

Shell and Ferrari celebrate 450 races

It has been a busy and exciting fortnight here at Ready Set Go. In celebration of Shell and Ferrari's 450th race as partners at this year’s Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix, we were asked to produce a cocktail party and dinner at Stokehouse in St Kilda on March 25.
