The 2009 Myer Christmas Parade is on tomorrow!
The city comes to a stand still at 11am as the parade makes its way down Bourke St. Grand Marshall, James Tomkins will officially start the parade at the corner of Spring and Bourke Streets and it finishes in the Bourke St Mall in front of the newly refurbished Myer Melbourne Store.
Last Year tens of thousands of people packed the city to cheer on Santa, the floats, performers and our celebrity guests. This year, the Myer Christmas Parade will feature entires, including Disney's Princess and the Frog, Thomas the Tank Engine and the Wiggles, live music and entertainment, colourful marching bands, dancers, street performers, roving entertainers and much, much more!
We invite everyone to share in the Myer Christmas Parade. Come and catch an early glimpse of Santa before he settles into Santaland at Myer until Christmas Eve.
